目标

1.知识目标：掌握描述商品不合格的英文表达和退换商品过程中的交际用语

2.语言技能目标：能够在不同场景下，运用所学英文表达自己对所购买商品的评价，

并能和同学就退换商品话题进行沟通交流。

3.情感目标：通过创设情境，学生身临其境感受和体验，使语言学以致  

用，激发学生的学习积极性。体会在活动中学习英语的乐趣。

4.学习策略目标：通过场景学习，小组学习，使学生在一定程度上形成自主学习、探究学习、合作学习的习惯，有效交际、用英语思维的能力。

5.德育目标：学会体谅和和宽容，出现问题合理解决，文明礼貌对人

教学反 思

1. 场景教学法应用良好，学生积极性较高。同时要注重课堂与实际的练习，把握时间与课堂纪律。

2. 本节课教师从学生的实际出发，根据教学大纲，精心设计教学内容，优化教学过程，注重学生能力的培养。在教学过程中，通过多种教学方法的采用，使学生始终保持一种活跃的思维状态，提高了学习效率。

3. 不足之处：课堂的驾驭能力还有待提高，更好的调控学生参与教学的秩序。
